Now this is where they really take it to the next level (next thing may be toothbrushes or other daily essentials). L-R-G has stayed on top of the game with their accessories whether it be camera cases for the IPHONE or random collabs (i.e. monster cable to casio to tmobile sidekicks to suzuki to dyson vacuum cleaner to….. etc etc) and now they are making their own line of equipment and accessories from laptop cases to phone/media cases to wallets to back packs to duffle bags to watches to portable speakers to flash drives to the TAKEOVER! I got a few things last month and I’ve been meaning to post them, but I wanted to test drive everything first…. and WOW, this shit gets my stamp of approval x 1000!

sorry for the missed day yesterday… hopefully by the weekend, I’ll have the database up with bigger thumbnails and the newest version of WP to make blogging much more easy….

so yesterday I spent the entire day in meetings at Supra and L-R-G, but I gotta start off speaking about my KR3W… I went to say what up to all the fam down at headquarters and pick up some earlys for S.L.A.T.E. (this will be the 1st time I hit Magic/S.L.A.T.E. repping 2 different brands) I also wanted to say hi and happy birthday to my little sister Joy!
while I was there, Dirty took a shot of me(pause) for the @suprashoes twitter page…. Josh and I were choppin it up about Curb Your Enthusiasm!

It’s truly amazing how powerful the Internet is, or actually how powerful Twitter is….. I sent out a tweet a couple weeks ago about Premium Label and if anyone in Artesia or Long Beach knew these cats…. reason why? because my homey Ashley from Supra was inside a boutique in Brooklyn, NY and seen a tee with my favorite holy grail of be@rbricks…. the Chanel x Karl Lagerfeld x Medicom joint… So Ashley BBM’d me a pic of the tee and I had to have it!

So do you like my new layout? My brand new page? We had to change the template in order to make my blog way more official…. The amount of traffic I get on here is insane and honestly, it would be even higher in ranking traffic wise had I began my blog a year ago using my own hosts server to host pics… but it’s okay! Now we’re starting fresh again and remember, I really don’t ever copy and paste… I’m the blogger who gives it to you raw and grass roots style. I input original content from nobody but me and while others are just copying and pasting stock photos from brands and etc to keep you informed on the latest hype; meanwhile, I’m letting y’all into my personal life(or to the extent I want to let y’all into) and when you come to this page, you are seeing my life and my jewelry business, so enjoy! yes blood related cousin!

so last night I celebrated my cousin’s birthday outta town, she turned 30! crazy! I used to take care of her and my other cousins (on the jewish side of the family) and it’s so weird to me that she was just a baby when I was 7 and I always looked at her and her sisters as little babies! I used to get into A LOT OF TROUBLE before I turned 18, so her mom, my aunt took me in for a couple years and helped me out. I always got love for y’all. forever. I love you Stephanie, happy b-day cuz, I hope I can see you all more often, but I know all of us are not in LA anymore.
lol @ my cousin having her 30th b-day at a strip club, well sorta a strip club, it was grimey as hell in there! shit, they let us take pics and honestly, the strippers in there were so busted up, I’d need to be absolutely drunk and not had sex in 8 years+ to get excited in there. no joke, but who cares…. it’s my cousin’s party

Now I don’t want any of you guys to get confused here;
many of you have heard me bash some other jewelers and some “so called” jewelers for making pieces with silver or really my biggest complaint is them making pieces out of stainless steel or alloy OR with a crazy hybrid mix of metal that ain’t worth shit. THEN heavy rhodium’ing the pieces to pass off as gold. AND USE FAKE DIAMONDS AKA CUBIC ZIRCONIAS OR ZIAMONDS(not a real jewelry term) That is when I begin my shit talking….

well some of you may have heard of David Yurman; who is a jewelry company/designer who charges a lot of money and uses silver, BUT uses genuine diamonds on his products. WELL to adjust a little with the economy, we got in a few items to test out and seems as if we got something that beats out David Yurmans silver jewelry with diamonds…. 1. our quality of work and 2. our prices! (fyi, we’ve obviously made silver pieces with diamonds before with white gold rhodium for a tv show or photoshoot to save clients money, but NEVER to pull the wool over anyone’s eyes. but if you wanted to play that bogus game, we’d kill you all in that too)

we PVD’d (sophisticated black plating) some sterling silver beaded chains and sterling silver crosses to see how they would turn out. and the cross shown below here has 10.5 carats in black diamonds! and the pieces came out looking RIGHT! but this is the catch…. david yurman charges basically the same price for gold if not higher with his silver work and we made these pieces for MUCH less than our usual pricing for our black gold pieces.

anyways, you be the judge of our first black silver project with black diamonds. the beaded necklace is also a great alternative for a chain for the alternate black jesus piece we make!

we played with the rear a little bit and when it’s in sport + mode it sinks down even more about a 1/4″ and this bitch has been killing the streets for just around 24 hours already!
got it detailed today… these pics suck, but I will have some really nice photos soon!
