thursday night me and Nic checked out this spot in Atwater Village called Baracoa. it’s a cuban restaurant and I love cuban food… so I wanted to peep game.

their food is all the way official. definitely more authentic tasting than Versailles, but it’s different and fuck man, that shit was good! I will be going back and back again!

he started to talk to me every single time they came down on our side and I was talking a gang of mess to the point where the ref and even Kevin Durant had to help dude out… Kev was like you ain’t about that life. lol… we was going back and forth with KD but dude is just too finessed, like for real… we even offered him $10,000 to just start playing bad lol… he said y’all ain’t got enough $$$ for me to do that! and after a certain point, I got so deep in Kendrick Perkins dome that he said, wait after the game and meet me so I can knock you out… The Game was sitting behind me and he said, don’t trip Ben, I got your back, I made Perkins delete his twitter. he a bitch ass hoe! and I couldn’t believe the rich white folks sitting next to me were laughing and even egging me on to continue fucking with Perkins… he had 4 points and literally was useless. we were getting really close down to the wire and KD shot a 3 to even up the game and he dead looked over at us and then pointed at me. smh… I was like god damn, we might fuck around and lose this game at home and then I don’t really give a fuck about these expensive ass seats if we lose… I brought out the Cali chain!!!!!!

the party started at around 7pm and ended at around 3am… but we cut out around midnight
they had Ciroc and Veuve Host the drinks and they were pouring all night… I was eating pretty much all night until the game started and then I was like, wow we’re killing them, let me have a drink… then they started to really get into our ass and I needed a drink smh….

I made a bet with my boy James Bond of Undefeated that if we go to 6 games, then he has to take me to ginza sushi ko in beverly hills for a $1,200 a person meal lol (they only do like 12 seatings a day and reservations are scarce) …. but IF the lakers don’t go to 6 games, then I have to wear a lebron jersey… I made this bet while we were up by 11 points!!! smh fml

you know we lost and I can’t believe this bullshit because we should be 3-1 right now. trill talk. no jokes

the massage was great. hot rocks? mannnn, the steam room and that rain shower was all a old man needed! after that we got some sushi and checked out the eclipse from the table….

now even though I got an A in astronomy in college(true story) I don’t know if it was a lunar or solar eclipse and I also don’t give a fuck to know exactly or to google. but there’s a pic lol

after that, we headed over to check out this movie called “Hick” starring Chloe Moretz and Blake Lively and it was cool…
but the theater? lol…

shit was smaller than Floyd Mayweather’s home theater, but the tickets were only $17!!!! for 2 of us? wtf? that’s what it cost for 1 ticket for me usually… I gotta get used to it, but it was very romantic and at least it was clean… I like silverlake/los feliz… hipster, but cool.

btw, seen the Dictator last week too and that shit was trash, what a fucking disappointment man. damn. don’t waste your money!

I’m bout to get ready to check out my LAKESHOW and I hope they win because then wednesday it’s on! game at staples center and I don’t owe James Bond shit!!! haha

so with the thank you’s, I will briefly break down that this wedding was seriously everything I could have wanted and it was more than I asked for. I obviously can’t tell you all enough how coveted and how sacred marriage is to me. But I want to share this with my readers because I never thought growing up that I could afford a fancy wedding. I have never been scared to marry, I just never met the right one…. but I waited a long time and for the right time, when it’s right, it’s right. and I was in no rush to get married, but you don’t pass up on something this wonderful so even after a postponed wedding in september due to my best friend/best man passing, we went with February 25th. Nic wasn’t having some vegas wedding or a walk to the courthouse… she’s dreamed of this day all her life since she was a little girl…. so I wanted to give her what she wanted. and this set date was before the NBA lockout was over and due to that NBA lockout ending, the all star game date was set the same day, leaving about 12 guests in my already very very small party not being able to attend due to the fact that a majority of their yearly income depends on all star weekend, so fuck it… I know we will celebrate another time. so with that, we had a very small intimate 87 person wedding and at a beautiful venue(CASA DEL MAR in Santa Monica Beach, CA)
let me start by saying that this wedding was expensive. it stressed Nic and myself out big time and without Vic’s help, this might not have happened the way we wanted it to. We went all out with everything. held no bars, veuve and dom p rose champagne flowing stupid…. flowers on another level, lighting, tables, chairs, place settings …. I mean we went down to the special table cloth even for our wedding. and still I had doubts and anxiety about it being just right. I was nervous as shit the day before, not only because the time flew by so fast, but a majority reason why we were so stressed out was because the Hotel catering department that handled the logistics of our wedding at the Casa Del Mar should be fired for being the worst possible staff in professional and wedding history. I won’t get too deep in how disrespectful they were, but booking an event on the same day as ours with a 1 hour lead time to get ready? really? on the actual day of, we had extra workers and they worked super hard and super fast and this was a very small wedding and we didn’t even use the 2 extra spaces in the main ballroom and it still took over 2.5 hours to set up properly! unbelievable… thank god the “day of” staff and management canceled that event and thanks to the actual help who work there were on point and I thank them and MY team for coming together to give us the most amazing wedding a newlywed couple could hope for. Our beachfront suite was also incredible, wow. that amazing view! and the bathroom to the 1000+ thread count sheets and actual bed and everything in our room was heavenly. the room service was incredible and the hotels restaurant and bar are all top notch. but the most important parts being our event/catering host for the hotel: Elizabeth Mendel was just flat out awful, her back up Helena was terrible too. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! that is all I have to say that is bad about the wedding because the outcome was lovely and ONLY because we turned it up and around!

I love my wedding ring! damn; 27 diamonds, all bezel set flawlessly with 9 diamonds going around evenly in a full revolution eternity style and then a diamond on each end of the each side of the ring going down symmetrically. Definitely the classiest ring I’ve ever made for any man. I got the inspiration off a magazine I was reading while taking a deuce at our new years eve penthouse suite lol! of course 18k yellow gold and again… so damn classy! I will wait for more professional pics of the wedding rings, then post my own up-close joints for y’all to see! and of course Nic’s wedding band is the classic eternity style as well, but all VVS’s and all french pave’/prong set and set in platinum! and that could be the best picture of any ring I’ve ever seen that we made. shit looks straight out of a HW catalog. super clean!

that was 35 minutes prior to the actual walking down the aisle! some of my fam and Nic’s fam there early and wow again, the place was so beautiful!

me and Nic cutting the cake! yes we had diamonds on our shit! mane! by this time we literally had no room left to eat… I had few bites and the cake was good, but I was drunk as hell and full from the delicious amazing food and damn I missed the cocktail hour! the hor dourves were incredible, but I only had a few bites! haha…. and I didn’t know until after that most people only do a 1 hour open bar and then from there it’s a hosted bar or a pay on your own bar… I’m the asshole who has a 6 hour OPEN PREMIUM BAR! and Rose’ flowing!!! haha, smh! oh well. everyone had a damn good time! we stayed til midnight and left when we got asked to leave! lol

I’m most proud of Cat Dicc Jr. this motherfucker might be giving me a job in a few years smh… fool walked in like he owned the place. smh and much love to George and Jack from Platinum having the front of the hotel stunted out crazy! the SLR/Aventador boys don’t play! and the hotel was stupid packed already due to the spirit awards party! saw seth rogan and kate beckinsale walking around and the upstairs bar was crazy!

again, the night ended so fast, I was spinning but I was high off of life. I never thought I would actually get married before I was 40, but my lifestyle has changed so much in the last 3 years… slowed down a LOT and got my grown man all the way on. late, but that’s ok though! and man, the party continued in our suite and I got to bed late and we still had 2 jeroboams left! shit was lightweight crackin! haha… I have never been happier in my life, I have never seen my mother happier in my entire life… my in laws are incredible! I love them to death. I always look forward to spending time with them and they know how to party! they also have great strong family values.

the highlight of the evening was me making my special announcement after the first dance…. yep, we’re having our first baby (due in august) a DRAGON! we find out the sex/gender very soon! I posted a pic on instagram of the ultrasound from over a month ago, but here’s one from just over a week ago:

we had to wait until we were well into our 2nd trimester before we let anyone know to make sure we were all healthy and green lit! crazy!

so after the wedding… woke up on the beach and thanked god that we had a beautiful day while it was gloomy the day before our wedding and the day after…. amazing! walked right next door to shutters to have brunch with Nic’s family and that was amazing too… then got my pig on! I lost 14lbs. to fit into that damn tux! smh… after that it was fried chicken and shakey’s pizza and mojos all day long! watched the all star game and kicked it at home and watched my sister kick ass at the oscars….

I really couldn’t have asked for a better weekend in life. I was so damn nervous on saturday though, that I had to drink 16 cups of water and took some valerian root!

but yesterday I woke up and was back on my grind…. fuck that, I gotta get ready for this caribbean honeymoon, so I got orders to ship and jewelry to finish!

we shook there, then headed back to the westside to then go over to Hollywood and we got it in at Kitchen 24…. god damn even with bribes, it took us a while to sit down and it was packed as fuck there…. we finally sat down around 3ish and was there forever… shout out to my lil homey Donnis who was getting his late night grub on.

then I went home and packed for my short trip to Vegas…. I was thinking maybe I’ll stay an extra day and hang with the Champ, but we’ll see……

btw, Nicolette was in Hawaii, ballin 1st class, 5 star resort… spa living, all that….

we get to the airport and thank god there is a Popeye’s and Wendy’s right next to each other because I needed some food to soak up the liquor….
we made our flight and ran into our homey Scott Sartiano who owns 1OAK and a few other major nightclubs around the country…. known him almost a decade and never knew he was a huge Univ of South Carolina fan… I mean super obsessed fan lmao

we land and don’t even wait or head anywhere else…. we go straight to the Roosevelt for a planned pool party that Jesse set up for the Kardashians…. it was a movie at the door… fuck that place, fuck that party…. fuck the whole event staff!

anyways, Rob grew up with a couple cats who had rooms and we had a cabana, but the last thing I’m thinking of is drinking…..

4TH OF JULY MONDAY

I was all set with my day…. I woke up, got a car wash… met up with Franchise at the grove and got some lunch…. was gonna head to OC to either my boy from Crooks crib which was silly! they set up like a $10,000 + bbq and stupid fireworks show…. but I don’t know…. just didn’t make it down there…. also my boy Sammy Sam was having a party at Huntington Beach, but I didn’t feel like just going that far down the freeway…..

so I shot off to Franchise’s hometown of Cerritos and we kicked it at his pops crib for a little while…..

we finally went to the Cerritos City Hall where they blocked off an entire street and had a street fair/carnival set up

I don’t know why…. but this chicks costume was actually on point, It wasn’t something that cost $39.99…. she was also about as tall as Robert Wadlow

so we drove across the street to Coco’s (lol) and got a chocolate shake… and watch the city on fire…. no joke it was cracking all over the place…. the city streets smelled like smoke, heavy!

when I drove home, the entire So Cal skies were lit up, from the 91W to the 110N to the 10W and I enjoyed the drive home….. but I won’t forget to mention it took me about 90 minutes to get home because of the enormous amount of stupid ass rubber necks in my town! smh and btw, it took me 20 minutes to get from my doorstep in Beverly Hills to my boy’s pops crib ini Cerritos! shit, I can’t even get to my store in 20 minutes on a great day! so it was just on! and I was in the prius!!!

okay…. so friday I did the usual handled biz, then met up with a texas buddy of mine and his girl Tara at the Grove… it was one of their few times ever in LA and their first time at the Grove…. so I took them to The Farm of Beverly Hills for a brunch…. got it in with the healthy swag; egg white omelete….. shit was delicious and I had Tara get the vanilla iced latte’ which I couldn’t have which is so good, I’ll fight someone over it.

After that, I headed over to Platinum to wish my lil homey who ain’t even like a little homey even though I got 10 years on him…. George! a happy birthday! (lotta birthdays to people dear to me in my life)


his shop looked like a damn party store! this is just one view really….. the whole place had mad balloons…. so you know my boy G got mad love from a lotta folks….

he just remixed my whip for the 3rd time now and we went very EURO with the monoblock style wheels…. the front isn’t finished yet and I still have a rear trunk spoiler coming on very soon…. so i’ll give you sorta side shots after I dropped it with new suspension and the new gun metal powder coated wheels



never ever did I think I would go with a monoblock wheel or a matte gunmetal wheel, but I know cars… and George DEFINITELY knows cars and trends…. the black wheels is played out to him, so he’s been rocking this tougher….

Friday night I was dying to find a spot to eat that was a little different but good….. I hit twitter to see what I could find and I found this

so finally after a suggestion from a local beverly hills cat who I trust…. DJ Politik tells me that this spot called South Beverly Grill is official…. it’s owned by Houstons and they take reservations! that’s the only thing that urks me about Houstons! well that and the fact you can’t wear a hat inside the restaurant. GTFOH

the prime rib was all the way official, no to very very little carbs….. Nic got the scallops and she finished her entire plate which NEVER happens….

after that, we went to go see Midnight in Paris at the arclight and that shit was very very surprisingly good!

Saturday was an entire day spent at the MOCA for “Art In The Streets” and it’s going to be hard to try to post everything from this art exhibit, but to see my close actual friends I grew up with from Mister Cartoon to Slick and others be shown in a highly respected museum and finally get their real official stamp makes me so fucking proud…. it’s crazy. (as promised I’ll blog that this week)

so after a whole day there, I got packed up and ready to hit Chicago to get it in with my fam fam

that’s the gas station 4 blocks from my crib….. smh, that’s cheap, it was almost $6.00 a gallon for premium and this is where everyone in Beverly Hills gets their gas. because now there are only 2 gas stations in all of Beverly Hills. sad as fuck….. but anyways…….

I got the red-eye essentials…. and a little Riesling on 1st class = I’m good

got in to Chicago and was picked up by car service and then got it in with some breakfast…..
my boy Sean Mac flew me out 1st Class and put me up in a fly room, waaaay better than that room I stayed at in San Diego and this time the view was more official…..

later on linked up with my boy Dave who runs the city and got a business called 1OFF Ent.
he took me for a drive on the westside where some of his boys run shit…. we were rollin down Madison… and passed by Kedzie and that’s the hood where my homey Lupe is from so I texted him…. he hits me back like 4 hours later, like wtf? why are you over there? lol….
my boy Bird runs shit over there and if you ever see Bird, you see he’s only 5′ 6″ maybe, but his heart is of a 7′ 3″ beast! and his eyes are genuine…. meaning, he means business, if he says he’s gonna pull your eyes out and eat them, well then 2 + 2 = 4. ya dig?

so we keep mashing through the westside of chicago, through K-Town (not that k-town lol) and just all over the Chi…. then get in a meal at Japonais… man, this place is definitely the best Japanese food that I’ve had in Chicago in my 30+ times of coming here… I took Nic to a spot downtown, but this place shits on it!





the rock beef and other robata/izakaya dishes were so fucking insane! damn…. zero carbs too, but my boy Dave got it in with some crab and lobster items, but I’m off shellfish for a little bit with this diet
the food was excellent and it was an offtime so nobody was there…. all bueno

we walked outside so my boy could smoke a spliff right over the bridge

there’s 2 levels and 1 is the bar/lounge and the other is the restaurant, but DAMN! I would have my birthday party here if I lived in the Chi

so we’re now headed to District to watch the Bulls/Heat game…. we passed by 50/50 and shit was unreal packed! but we got a table and watched this bum ass game smh…..

at least we were in good company… a lotta homey’s showed up for Sean Mac and a ChiTown local with a #1 hit Jeremih showed up to show love…. but

I said don’t say no more please…. I lost 2 friends on that plane crash…. Chris Baker and Charles Still (aka Lil Chris and Che’) so he told me some intel on the situation and it wasn’t a fuel problem and I told him my situation and pulled out my ipad and showed him pics of my boys and it was a small world…. we chopped it up about hockey to all kinds of shit and it made the flight actually pretty easy because I hate to fly….

now yesterday, I had lunch at La Scala with Homicide and chopped up shit about the wedding and stuff….
then after we shot over to my crib to get an exclusive interview with matt (owner of NiceKicks.com) and be on his documentary about sneaker collecting and how the internet changed it. we have been talking about this for over a month now and it’s gonna be a year long project for Matt and he wanted the perspective from OG’s who were doing this way before niketalk or nike park was around…. he also wanted some stories about AMC and why not get 2 out of 3 of them… RIP DJ AM.

we ordered up the official galbi and roast gui and ChoSan has 1 of the best selections of prime meat…. but their ban chan is the best for sure….

Later on I drove passed Drais and was about to walk in…. until I seen some hoodrats fight outside by the entrance and said, what the fuck is going on? my good homey inside said it was nothing special to a regular night in there… and for the guys, there weren’t really any bad ones for y’all…. just a lotta basic chicks in their best bebe dresses trying to catch… wednesday nights I heard go off harder than that kobe kanye party did.

As I got immediately off Hollywood Blvd, I seen the streets looked waaaay worse than Slauson and Crenshaw Blvd. smh….

later that night, I heard there were a few stabbings and A LOT OF FIGHTS! I heard from my boy who’s a papparazzi was listening to his police scanner all night and he said it was non stop….. meanwhile as I was driving home, I have never seen that many police ever! I saw close to 400 police cars driving home…. smh

I slept in…. and I mean slept in and it felt good…. got on twitter and seen all the fuckery and thanked god I didn’t get out and I didn’t hear one good thing about the clubs…. none of my club goer friends were saying that it was “that” shit! and some people I knew were just doing three much with the extras…. I heard some spots weren’t packed… not that many bottles being popped… not many drinks in hands period…. and I head average tickets to get in to these all star parties were from $150 to $500 a person! wow haha…. I can’t hate on my promoter friends who gotta protect their biz and say shit was poppin, but I don’t know….

what I do know is that I headed to Beverly Hills to get brunch at the Farm….
we had to wait a little bit, but later on…. the wait got to be over an hour…. everything there is organic and good! so we got in a healthy breakfast…. talked shit and then decided to walk over to Rodeo Drive… I wanted to get my mom a gift as it was her bday…. as I turn the corner on Brighton way to Rodeo I couldn’t believe my eyes…. Rodeo Drive was looking like Rodeo Road (anyone from LA knows where Rodeo is… pronounced like the show with horses and bulls) and I didn’t even think to walk into Gucci or LV as I knew that shit was just gonna be super hood!… seen Nelly with his boys in front of Bang & Olfsen and they looked lightweight shook! I mean, it was just packs of 5 to 8 cats at a time… all dressed real fucking sloppy and the girls? oh my godds…. the fashion statements they were trying to make just hurt my corneas for real for real!
the workers inside Chanel seemed so uneasy and uncomfortable…. I mean damn…..

so I hit Teuscher and Chanel and got the fuck outta there!

got home and tried to rest….
it was my mom and brother in law’s bday dinner at Fogo De Chao and my family has dinner at 5pm (who the fuck eats at 5pm? and this has been going on for around 20 years now, not when I was living at home, but still WHY 5PM!) well I wasn’t complaining because I would then get to go home and watch the game before I got into some crazy shit!

I may have looked happy…. but my stomach was soooo food coma’d it was disgusting!

so I got home, watched the rest of the game and seen Kobe shit on everyone and get another All Star MVP….
shaved, showed and got fresh for the evening….

I dropped off the girls at a bar to meet their friends and I get to Hollywood dreading and also hoping everyone left…. but nope, every club seemed to be crowded… well the 3 main ones I passed….
I get into the Kress parking lot and the guy says $40 to keep your key and VIP it or $100 in front of Kress entrance what’s it gonna be? I said give me the closest in between the $40 and the $100 to the gate of Kress and we got a deal… lol

walk up to the front and mind you this is early! like 10:30pm….
there’s maybe 75 people in front…. I’m not worried though, I’m hoping all my boys have a successful night….
I see John Monopoly who was part of putting it together and he walks me right in passed any bullshit…. my security is chillin…..
before I could walk up to the entrance…. they hit me to do the red carpet…. I feel weird when I do it because I’m not famous, I’m popular…. so I don’t know…. I do a few small interviews and I shake up to the roof…. there’s like 50 people on the roof maybe….. another 60 in the main room level 3 and I’m like okay…. shit this better get good for the homies….

I finally find my homies and we’re all downstairs in the basement finishing a bottle of goose…. just warming up really….
we get upstairs to the level 3 and the homey Sean Mac is djing and doing his MACnificent mile thang…. so we got our table right directly next to the stage….
as soon as we sit down…. order another bottle of goose and 2 bottles of Perrier Jouet Rose’ (they don’t have any veuve or Nectar Imperial Rose’) so my boy’s go the fuck in…. they order 5 more bottles of PJ Rose…. now I don’t know about y’all… but PJ Rose is $1,000 a bottle….
we got 1 magnum of goose… 2 bottles of regular goose… 1 bottle of Gran Patron(magnum) and 11 bottles of PJ Rose’! YES, CHAMPAGNE HOOLIGANS DOES NOT FUCK AROUND AT ALL!

by around midnight this place is fucking packed! shit is going the fuck off on all floors… they weren’t even letting people into level 3 anymore and the roof was sold out too! Skee was doing his thing upstairs on the roof while DJ DRAMA took over on level 3…..

tables were sold out, so they had to fill the basement up level even….
I seen the homey Clay (CEO of Grand Hustle) so we chopped it up for a min…. seen my man DJ 45 (fabs dj) so I knew Loso was almost in the building….. then I look outside the window and there was a line of a few hundred people trying to get in! and this was at 1am!….

once I seen the homey Fab pull up in the sprinter van… it was on, I knew it was on….
and when Fab got on the stage, my phone was dead which was my only camera smh…. and my brain was dead too…. but Fabolous and Red Cafe killed it! for the money honestly? if you want a good show… Fab is the best bang for your buck! he puts on a good show, he shows up and doesn’t have a fucked up diva attitude and he does a FULL SHOW! and he got HITS!!!!!

I don’t know what time that shit went til becuz I left at 3am….

I wasn’t reading the invite too clearly…. but I knew Usher was performing and Fat Man Scoop was djing and it was a pre-grammy party event and I also heard Jay aka Sean Carter was gonna be in attendance and I wanted to chop it up quick with Hova….. but more importantly, Belve has always shown love and my bro Bee is the west coast ambassador of the brand…. so he had the best table in the entire club set up for us… we had the illest view and just front and center of the stage like POW! ….. we got there early as hell and I was already on one from our W off the celtics…

they had some go-go’s early…. but I don’t think anyone in “this type of crowd” gave a fuck and I was actually surprised that they hired go-go’s to dance there….

now there were absolutely no other liquor in site of the club….. I mean belve for real bought this spot out! I was hoping for maybe just the premiums…. or at least the family that is distributed by belve like moet, dom p, hennessy or something! but nope, nada, just belvedere and their new belve “RED” vodka….

SATURDAY

woke up and the sun was blazing into the bedroom and I have dark black curtains! that only meant one thing…. time to hit the coast!

79 degrees at the beach? mannnnnnnn meanwhile it was snowing and 19 degrees in the midwest/east coast! I love Cali….

me and Nic and peewee hit the beach and got some slices from Manhattan Beach Pizzeria and walked the pier and enjoyed the view and I wanted to use this vintage camera app….

we continued walking around MB and got some jamba juice and then headed back west to Marina Del Rey to Nic’s friends house who was having a Steelers playoff party…..
got there and watched a hell of a game and come back…. the steelers are my 3rd team in the NFL (my 1st and 2nd are of course #RAIDERNATION) and the game was a good one…..

then the bubble was bursted lightweight with all the beach traffic going back home…..

watched Green Bay give it to the Falcons and talked shit on twitter for a bit… and then me and Nic headed over to the Grove for dinner and movie

now it’s been a minute since I hit the grove and I mean for real, it’s been a long time since I’ve seen a movie there…. maybe last time was for Jack Ass 3D and only because they had the closest midnight showing on the opening weekend…. well damn… the grove has ran its course pretty much; the place just isn’t what it used to be and it’s got way too much riff raff and I can say I don’t think I’ll be walking the grove again or not for a long time…. farmers market? yes, but the grove? Naw I’m good….

walked into the apple store and ran into the homey’s Evan Ross and Akon and Akon created a mob of tourists and picture flashing….. on a side note, did I mention the grove’s weekend demographic has just fallen to the bottom of the barrel for real….. so thank god Nic’s parents called and told us they were having dinner down the street at this spanish restaurant that I’ve been wanting to check out now for over 6 years!

the spot is called La Paella and it was fantastic! very authentic feeling, food was great, the wine and sangria was amazing and it could be either a family spot or a romantic one….



I haven’t had official spanish food in a long time, but DAYUM…. the tapas and everything was great! I gotta take a nice walk and try it out again….

we were gonna try to go see Green Hornet, but couldn’t motivate to head to the movies…. so we streamed “Where the Wild Things are” and I must say I’m a huge fan of Spike Jonze, but damn that movie kinda disappointed me…. smh so I got online and browsed some bullshit….

SUNDAY

woke up to another 80 degree day in LA and I’m just embracing it all the way…. we headed over to Lemonade, another one of my favorite spots to eat in the neighborhood…..


their buffalo mozzarella panini sandwich is so OG…. the tomate avocado salad is great too…. and the sweet potato salad? everything great

BUT my pot roast sandwich with MACARONI AND CHEESE INSIDE OF IT? changed the game delicious….

we then headed out over the hill to check out a couple fully loaded Prius’s IV & V models and I brought my checkbook…..

man, so I test drove the fully loaded prius V in black (leather, parking assistance, rear view camera, bluetooth, xenon HID lights, fog lamps, ipod, navi and all types of shit! ) BUT IT DIDN’T HAVE A SUNROOF???
it has no power, yeh…. but it’s smooth and so quiet and 50 miles per gallon is sexy as fuck right now…. but really I didn’t want one as bad until they changed the body style in 2010…. this new body joint is dope! and I like the rims on the V model…. I would just shadow black all the logos, tint all the windows and powder coat the rims and call it a day….. then jump on this new body Maserati Quattroporte probably…. BUT

Nic said, we gotta have a sunroof if we’re gonna be in that car…. so the fully loaded IV model which is about $800 more, DOESN’T HAVE THE 17″ WHEELS (THEY COST LIKE MORE THAN ACTUAL GOOD RIMS WOULD FROM THE DEALER IF NOT ON THE VEHICLE) AND DOESN’T HAVE HID LIGHTS(DEAL BREAKER) AND NO FOG LAMPS(TOYOTA RETARDED ASS SAYS THEY CAN’T DO THE WORK, WHILE ALL PARTS ARE PLUG AND PLAY AND THE SWITCH FOR THE FOG LIGHTS IS OPEN INSIDE THE CAR AND THE AREA FOR THE FOG LIGHTS IS READY TO GO TOO)…..

so we are there for a while, working out options and stuff and nobody has a black prius 2010 or 2011 around really so I hit a dilemma and don’t want to jump on it since it was our 1st time at the dealership actually checking out the car for the first time…. my credit isn’t great, so I was just gonna buy this bitch cash…. fuck it, I got to see the Jets beat the punk ass Patriots while waiting around…..

and speaking of Dilemma, we finally got to see it and Rotten Tomatoes gave it a 28% – 43% rating, but I enjoyed it a lot, it wasn’t black swan or anything oscar worthy, but it was a lot of laughs and some real life situation type shit…. I was wondering how it would all play out because I’ve been on both sides of that equation, but it worked out kinda fresh….

after that, I killed some lemon pepper wings at wing stop and finally found my new coffee table!

while I was waiting for my wings at wing stop…. I was messing with the photo apps again on my iphone 4….

man, there are soooo many dope apps on the iphone, I mean besides BBM the iphone just sprays on any blackberry…. the app game is just insane… so much better than the 1st, 2nd gen iphones….

so I’m headed to the lakers game tonight to check out my lakeshow stop that beast Kevin Durant!

on our way to the hotel, had to make a couple random stops…

I mean for real though, in the top 10000 things I’d want in life, FAME is not in the top 20000 for real… I hear and read it from people I kinda know and really shake my head like damn… how the fuck could you want to be Famous? I rather be rich. You want everyone to bug you? being an attention whore and being famous is 2 different worlds and are rarely related to each other if you really think about what it is to be Famous….

so now about the Ritz… they have a separate entrance from the JW which I think people confuse it with…. and they have the restaurant I mentioned before that has a 4 hour 10 course meal that will hit you for $450 a person without any liquor! But I never stayed at this hotel before…. they have an ill presidents lounge and for NYE they had free food and drinks for their VIP guests… and with 2 cards to go on, None of us went
the room was nice and it’s definitely in the top 3 nicest hotels in the LA area (not OC because the Montage OC is not a game!)…. but the whole energy around this NYE party was on some, we want a small affair (13 people) on some grown up type shit; didn’t want to be in a club, didn’t want to be in a public place really…. just around some of my girls friends who happened to be friends with some old pals of mine as well.

so early on…

got my full grown man steez on with the Tom Ford Suit in the dressing room area with a nice view of the city…. literally…. 3pm to 8pm went by in 10 minutes! tooo fast! and remember, it takes women 2 hours to get ready

awww there we go…. the girls all excited to bring in 2011!

this whole party was all planned literally a week before and we didn’t even have true dinner plans until the night OF! we had a couple lightweight plans, but since it was hard for everyone to agree on a spot, I was gonna order room service and not give a fuck…. but finally everyone wanted to be at a restaurant instead…. so we ate at this spot called Roy’s in downtown LA, about 3 blocks from Nokia center and the food wasn’t bad, wasn’t excellent, but whatever…. the fact that they had on the lakers game and people dressed up in a somewhat fancy environment and a shuttle back to the hotel was more than enough!
it was a pre-fixed menu and…. 2 entree’s were worthy out of 9



obviously the GIGANTIC shrimp was off the hook! shit was around 9″ tall for real! smh…. the butterfish black cod was really good too, but the filet mignon, rib eye, chicken and other options were not so fab.

back to the hotel suite…
the room was on the 22nd floor and was a corner suite view and around 1500 square feet easily…. because of the new year rapeage, it was like a $2500 charge for a $1,100 room! but anyways… I took random pics obviously, but not as many as I wanted to as I was inebriated on some next shit…..

I ran downstairs to get my ipod from the valet and saw a room service cart rollin by….. gave the lady $5 for a flower

and then…. it was time to get ready for the countdown

Saturday morning…..
I woke up at like 6am to barf, 9am to piss, then 1pm to check out of life!

so check this… I rarely drink compared to years before….
I drank tequila shots, hennessey & cokes, henny & apple juice, champagne, vodka & soda and whiskey shots last night…. and blunts. smh

I felt like hell the entire day and night
literally…. FELT LIKE STIR FRIED SHIT WITH A MASSIVE HEADACHE.
I needed Pho, I needed a lotta shit, but what I got was gatorade, water and TV and 4 advil!

while I was laying in bed…. my mom was working hard because New Years day is a big holiday for Koreans…

I woke up early as hell!
woke up hungry as a 3rd world country kid with flies in front of his face

and so me and Nic took off to her parents crib, because her mom be hooking the kitchen up!
ever since x-mas breakfast, I’ve been fiending for some Longanisa and fried egg!

I texted Nic’s brother this picture who was in Temecula and he was like “damn! I want some!” haha

shit… I was burping until late last night for real!

so after that, watched some football…
I passed out on Nic’s parents couch for 2 hours….
woke up and was going to renew my costco membership, but I was too damn lazy….. but we needed to go to Target, so we got up and out and in less than 8 minutes, I felt like I had walked into a different world….

we went to the Target at Eagle Rock Plaza and wow! I feel like people are still in 1992 there!
and on top of that, shit is little manila for real!
wow, chow king, seafood city, goldilocks(forgot to take a pic), Jollibee and like 3 other spots that were filipino owned and mad kiosks with filipino stuff….



as food coma stuff as I was…. did you think I wasn’t gonna stop at Jollibee?
I had to get a chicken leg and a dr. pepper!

and then we walked into Seafood City and was browsing through Filipino magazines and there was an issue of UNO mag that had NIC in it! haha, so we bought that….

and I walked around because their markets are so different from Korean supermarkets….

so as I’m leaving to go back to my car….
I stumble upon this crazy kiosk with mad exploited Filipino tees and things… and that’s when I come across maybe the most illest t-shirt ever lmao rofl

I mean WOW, like for real blow that pic up and just look at everything going on in that tee…. “all I do is win?” had to be a cat from cerritos or daly city who designed that! smh lol

so we get in the car and it’s raining hard as hell and it’s 41 degrees outside!!!!!!! so I start complaining and then my homegirl Beverly sends me a bbm pic of snow in valencia? wow!

I heard near castaic lake it got a lot worse…

anyways,
I got a lotta work to do and I got a lot of things I need to do to keep the fire going!

so I gotta get going!
